What age is the storybook geared toward?
The storybook is really appropriate for any age. We like to say it is for the “young” to “young at heart”!
Other than your storybook, do you have additional products in your product line?
Yes, to complement our storybook, we sell a 6” plush reindeer toy and a red velvet food bag tied with a gold cord. All three products come in nicely packaged gift set or each item can be purchased separately. We plan to introduce new products with each Christmas season.
Where can I find your product locally?
You can click on the “Retailers” tab in the top right corner of our website and then click on the link for “List of Retailers”. This will show you local merchants who are carrying the Reindeer Magic Product Line
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We are in the process of creating a gift wrap option for the 2015 Christmas Season.
Where can I find information about the Author and Illustrator?
On the home page of the website, click on the “Reindeer Magic Story” food bag icon and there will be a link to find out more about the Author and Illustrator.

Will I be charged tax on my purchase?
Only residents of Georgia will be charged 6% sales tax.
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Will I receive an e-mail confirmation of my purchase?
Yes.
Shipping
Can I ship to more than one location on the same order?
At this time, you will need to place separate orders in order to ship to more than one location.
When do I need to place my order to receive it before Christmas?
In order to receive your product by Christmas, you must place your order by December 15th at 5:00pm EST
Do you offer overnight and 2 day shipping?
Yes we will offer overnight and two-day shipping prior through December 15th at 5:00pm EST
How long does it take to receive my product?
All orders are shipped within two business days of receipt. Depending on your location, please allow 3-5 business days for your product to arrive.
When is the last day to place an order to receive it on time for Christmas Eve?
In order to receive your product by Christmas Eve, you must place your order by December 18th at 5:00pm EST
What method of shipping do you use?
Reindeer Magic ships all packages using UPS.
How can I check the status of my order?
After your order ships, you will receive a separate e-mail which will have a tracking number for your order. Use that number to track your package at www.UPS
Do you ship internationally?
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
At this time, UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please choose an alternative business or home address where your item may be shipped.

What if my child accidentally eats the food?
All of the ingredients in our Reindeer Food are non toxic. The reindeer food is not for you, it might just make you sick. It only helps the reindeer of jolly old Saint Nick! Although our reindeer food is made of all nontoxic ingredients, it is not for Human Consumption and not intended for Children Under 3.
How do I return the product?
We cannot issue refunds on our seasonal products; however, please feel free to contact us at sales@reindeermagic.com or 1 (844) 283-6365 if you have a special concern. If you purchased your merchandise from a store or another website, please return your merchandise directly to that merchant.
How do I exchange the product?
Kavik Publishing stands behind its product. We will exchange merchandise when necessary due to damage or product defect. Kavik Publishing must be contacted within 14 days of receipt of product. Products which have been altered are not subject to exchange. For all exchanges, please contact us at sales@reindeermagic.com or 1 (844) 283-6365.
Please note: Shipping and Handling Fees are nonrefundable.
